I spent 6 years working alongside master ayahuasca maestros and maestras in Mexico and Peru, leading psychedelic preparation and integration and breathwork for luxury retreats.
What I learned is that integrating the lessons and visions from your journeys looks less like changing your career or moving countries.
For great thinkers and doers, it often looks more like getting comfortable with stillness and learning practices that help you maintain the clarity you find after a ceremony so that you make conscious choices instead of operating on auto-pilot.
